Job Description

GHG has an excellent opportunity for a Project Administrative Assistant to work on the Cargo Mission Contract (CMC). In this position the employee will be located on site at the Johnson Space Center working directly with the EVA and Human Surface Mobility Program (EHP).

Primary Responsibilities

  • Track project data and reviews as required by project management
  • Process international travel for the project
  • Assist with building of the Project SharePoint site
  • Maintain the Project SharePoint, including permissions and site data
  • Coordinate management calendars as required
  • Coordinate project meetings including on and off-site room reservations, attendee lists, agenda maintenance, room preparations, meeting minutes, etc.
  • Coordinate International visitor logistics
  • Coordinate CM and Export Control processes with the project and corresponding SME
  • Maintain official project correspondence
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of prior relevant experience

  • Organized, good communicator, willing to learn, willing to be part of project team
  • Familiar with the needs of projects (e.g. reviews, boards, etc.)
  • Is knowledgeable with SharePoint
  • Proficient with meeting support including minutes
  • Experienced in processing travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienced in processing international travel
  • Is knowledgeable of CM administrative processes
  • Experience working with international partners
