Avionics Test Engineer

Entry level Avionics Test Engineer

Experience with designing, assembling, testing and operating test racks that interface with Avionics boxes.

Knowledge and experience with test racks that control flight hardware and measure test data using Lab View programs.

Ability to interpret intricate test setup diagrams

Capablility to oversee and validate the setup of complicated test systems

Experience with writing and interpreting test procedures for highly technical electronic and mechanical systems

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree 

Experience test conductor capable of executing elaborate systems tests

Cabability to set up and operate a multi-channel oscilloscope

Knowledge and experience with performing thermal vacuum, random vibration, and EMC/EMI testing on space flight avionics boxes.

Ability to work any shift and weekends when tests are being performed around the clock.

Detailed troubleshooting of anomalies and supporting the program with solutions is essential
