Back End Developer

We are looking for a Back-End Web Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your coworkers into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well.
Qualifications
• 3 years or more experience with an object oriented language such as Java, C#, or C++. Java preferred
• 3 years or more experience with a SQL server. MSSQL preferred.
• Understand performance considerations between an application and database
• Understand Web Server protocols
• Understand how to translate business requirements into code
• Knowledge of Spring a plus
• Energetic, excited about technology, and want to solve complex problems
• Comfortable with the responsibility of pulling together teams, encouraging and fostering their communication, and keeping them working together to meet a common goal.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Must be able to pass a coding assessment test
