Business Systems Analyst

Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and and form of results. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. Competent to consider most business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

Duties:
• SUPPORT FOR MOBILE STRATEGY PROGRAM, INCLUDING THE IMPLEMENTATION AND DEPLOYMENT OF A MOBILE DEVICE MANAGEMENT (MDM) PLATFORM, SECURE MESSAGING APPLICATION, VOICE OVER IP (VOIP)
• COMMUNICATION AND PROJECT STATUS TO PROJECT STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING SENIOR LEVEL LEADERSHIP
• This position will be responsible creating a test plan for applications described above, as well as testing operational support.
• Candidate will be able to effectively create test scripts and work with end users to collect feedback that can be translated into program and infrastructure enhancement requests.

Experience Required:
Three years experience in project management and/or workflow analysis. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis
