Commercial Software Program Manager

The Commercial Software Program Manager directs the research, design, development and customer engagement activities for GHG's commercial B2B software products, primarily GHG's Clockwise Time and Attendance system. The Program Manager ensures the product portfolio and roadmap supports the goals and strategy of GHG's overall business, reflecting market intelligence and customer needs. The Program Manager is responsible for product delivery schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development by coordination with sales, marketing, development, and operations to successfully release new product releases on time and within budget. The Program Manager interacts with customers to understand their needs, promote customer engagement, and to promote new products. This role offers challenges across a wide variety of projects and responsibilities, including the opportunity to influence the future direction of the department and systems used across the business.
