Depot Repair Personnel

This person will be responsible for but not limited to typical shipping and receiving of H/W equipment, basic level equipment testing, and minor mechanical repair.  This person will receive shipments containing inoperable FRUs, unpacking and recording relevant data such as date, serial number, tracking number, source location, simple testing of equipment to verify inoperable parts. Other responsibilities include:

• Receiving surplus inventory from field sites, clean organize, stock and update inventory management system
• Packing, processing RMA shipments to OEMs for repair and return
• Shipping operable parts to field sites to replace inoperable parts
• Inventory Management (shelf stocking and keeping accurate inventory management records)
• Interfacing with OEMs to dispatch and track technicians for field repairs
• Work with Remedy ticket system to update tickets as needed

Required Skills/Level of Experience:

• Good organizational skills (2 yrs of experience)
• MS Excel and Access expertise (Intermediate level- 2-3 yrs of experience)
• Physically able to lift 40 lbs to stock inventory and take orders to dock for shipping
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team (2-3 yrs of experience)

Optional Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient at MS Access and Excel (2-3)
• Must be able to multi-task, troubleshoot and thrive in a high paced and highly challenging environment
• Ability to prioritize and action tasks concurrently
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Must be a U.S Citizen and must be close to Kurland, TX office.
