EVA Engineering Specialist

Job Description: Part-time engineering support to the EVA, Robotics and Mechanical Systems organization on the IMOC II contract. This candidate will be assigned to support special projects in support of the ISS Extravehicular Activity (EVA) discipline. The position is part time and all duties can be performed remotely.

Required Education & Skills:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, with 15+ years of related work experience. Candidate must have experience working in the EVA group as an EVA Flight Control Room (FCR) officer. EVA Systems Group Lead experience is highly desired. Some of the project work that the candidate will be asked to assist with is the development of an EVA Systems cribsheet and a review of Failure Modes and Effect Analysis and Critical Items List (FMEA and CIL) for the Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU).
