Front End Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primarily responsible for design and implementation of visual elements within a web application (desktop and mobile). Other front end development tasks may also be assigned.
Duties and responsibilities
We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art and science of software development/programming.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3 years or more experience with JavaScript required
• 3 years or more experience with HTML/CSS required
• Experience with a modern JavaScript web framework such as Ext.js, Angular, or Backbone. Ext.js preferred
• Understand how to make a web application function in all major browsers
• Knowledge regarding mobile web programming
• Energetic, excited about technology, and want to solve complex problems
• Comfortable with both the responsibility of pulling together teams, encouraging and fostering their communication, and keeping them working together to meet a common goal as well as being a willing and cooperative follower under the leadership of other project leads/software developers.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision

• Must be able to demonstrate coding skills by passing a coding assessment test onsite at GHG

**Must be able to work some weekends and late evenings when needed**
