IPT Facilitator

OVERVIEW:
Position requires proven skills and experience in small group facilitation and knowledge of/experience in Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD). This position is part-time of undetermined duration.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Certification and experience in Small Group Facilitation from a nationally recognized provider
- Experience in Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD) Management tools and processes
- Excellent communications and listening skills
- U.S. Passport and willingness to travel for up to 14 days at a time
- Locally available to conduct 3 to 4 day IPT chartering and teambuilding workshops
- Bachelors degree plus 5-7 years' directly-related experience.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident required.
