Implementation Representative

IMPLEMENTATION REPRESENTATIVE

Responsible for all phases of the setup of new clients in GHG's Time and Attendance Software (eTSS), including integration with accounting and payroll software.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Verify all necessary information has been obtained from client.
• Consult with customer after they have completed the sales process and cover initial customer requirements during Kick Off meeting
• Gather client data and accurately import or input company and employee data for a new client into eTSS and complete setup process within required time frames.
• Verify accuracy of information.
• Document any outstanding Setup Items
• Ensure all client services have been met and follow up with emails and/or phone calls
• Complete and instruct client through initial Payroll/Accounting Software integration from eTSS to customers software
• Record and maintain account status in GHG Provided CRM case management software.
• Configure and deploy software and hardware for client use.
• Develop quotes that establish delivery timelines for custom modules.
• Have regular, timely attendance
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager

Desired Skills and Experience

REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Certification in Project Management preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years software implementation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in software integration, requirements management and configuration management.
• Prior experience in customer service
• Ability to adjust to rapidly changing environment and software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to set and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects at once
• Demonstrated ability to work across departments and use of all resources to reach a satisfactory implementation
• Must excel at communicating and ability to interact with others at all levels within the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated a high level of proficiency with PC software,
• Demonstrate proficiency with SQL
• Demonstrate proficiency in Windows applications, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
