Senior System Test Specialist

Possess background and experience with handling and setting up and operating critical aerospace hardware
Will be Trained/Certified to perform handling and hook up of space station critical hardware.
Possess background and experience with providing task leadership to lab support personnel
Will gain sufficient experience and ability to provide task direction to other lab personnel.
Provide technical direction and prioritization to self and peer as required to meet commitments of the organization.
Follow documented procedures and policies for lab HW usage, configuration, and Removal and Replacement.
Develop moderately complex laboratory operation and troubleshooting procedures.
Interface to manufacturing, Inventory Management, QA, Quality Engineering, Configuration Management, Software QA, Defense Contract Management Agency QA, Avionics Engineering, and Project Management for operational status and processing of necessary operations to keep the S/W Labs functional and efficient. Monitor and Track non conformance reports and facilitate their resolution and corrective action and closure.
Support planning and resource assignment of personnel to meet the operational needs of project, support mitigation of risks in schedules and resources. Attend and provide support to standing meetings (Non Conformance Tag up, Software Review, Daily Operations Reviews and Operations Scheduling meetings, etc.) and report status.
Convey key information, identify risks and threats to management for decision making. Insure S/W lab and test equipment is maintained in clean and good working condition that is compliant to program inventory needs.
