Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description:

Collects and analyzes supply chain data and presenting it in a format which can be used to make effective business decisions.

Provides information to PSL/functions through systematic collection of supply chain data.

Communicates business, strategic supply chain, and performance opprotunities and reccomends action plans.

Researches advanced supply chain practices and performance and benchmarks companies in relevant peer groups.

Stays involved with all strategic supply chain initiatives to provide guidance and support, and to ensure positive results.

Updating contact templates, contacting suppliers for information, uploading data in to sharepoint sites, organizing supplier files In essance, this individual will be doing contract maintenance.

Updating master data, looking in SAP to ensure payment terms are in alignment, spend analysis, updating online agreements, collecting vendor information to ensure we have the data to fulfill policy requriements, reviewing the contract for specific information and data that needs to be tracked.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

1 year of spreadsheet experencie 

SAP Knowledge

Analytical skills
